Wine Consultant, Marianne Haldoupis will be on hand to educate guests on the basics of wine tasting including what to look for, smell and taste in a fine wine.  All guests will have the chance to sample a selection of vintages and guess the variety. Marianne has also paired delicious artisan cheeses with each mystery wine for a delightful evening of culinary treats.

Proceeds from the night will go towards EcoLogic's work in Guatemala to help a community reforest 150 acres of degraded land and AlliancExchange’s mission to send a rainforest child in Ecuador to secondary school for an entire year.
